  • Property under 300 000 € : 7%
  • Property between 300 000 € - 500 000 € : 6%
  • Property between 500 000 € - 1 000 000 € : 5%
  • Property from 1 000 000 € : 4%
  • Property from 2 500 000 € : 3%



The negociation

We negotiate for you with the seller or his agent in order to obtain the best price in the market.

The sale

Each sale is assisted by a notary public who checks all the documents relating to the property and its location and who is in charge of the drafting of the sale contract. We will work with the notary to make sure your interests are protected throughout the sale process. We also help you to open a bank account and to obtain the best financing thanks to our strong partnerships with banks.
