- Property between 300 001 € - 500 000 € : 6%
- Property between 500 001 € - 1 000 000 € : 5%
- Property from 1 000 000 € : 4%
- Property from 2 500 000 € : 3%
EXCLUSIF MANDATE : 3%
PROPERTY SEARCH : 2%
Agency fees are payble by the buyer
The fees are the responsibility of the purchaser except for the specific agreement

MAIN HOUSING LEASE (governed by law n ° 89-462 of July 6, 1989)
In application of decree n ° 2014-890 of August 1, 2014 relating to the cap on fees chargeable to the tenant and coming into force from September 15, 2014.

The negociation
We negotiate for you with the seller or his agent in order to obtain the best price in the market.
The sale
Each sale is assisted by a notary public who checks all the documents relating to the property and its location and who is in charge of the drafting of the sale contract. We will work with the notary to make sure your interests are protected throughout the sale process. We also help you to open a bank account and to obtain the best financing thanks to our strong partnerships with banks.
